Collection of recyclable waste

Valorsul is responsible for the selective collection of packaging at the ecopoints in 14 municipalities in the West region and in the municipalities of Amadora, Loures and Odivelas. To this end, the company has distributed around 24,000 containers for selective collection and maintains a fleet of 21 collection vehicles, with the collaboration of 30 teams of service providers. We collect around 38,000 tonnes of paper, glass, plastic and metal every year, which are recycled correctly, saving the country and the planet resources.

Selective collection of the three streams (Yellow, Blue and Green) runs from Monday to Saturday, between 05h00 and 23h00.

Valorsul also has 9 ecocentres, used for selective disposal.
